Almost the same thing as vaadin PublishedFileHandler. The original handler assumes that the /APP/PUBLISHED part of url is inside request.getPathInfo(). That is not our case. In effect, this allows us to consume following url: * http:///lsps-application/APP/PUBLISHED/pdf.worker.js where the `http:///lsps-application/APP/PUBLISHED` part is eaten up by web.xml url-pattern. Instead of this (vaadin default): * http:///lsps-application/ui/APP/PUBLISHED/pdf.worker.js where the `http:///lsps-application/ui/` part is eaten up by web.xml url-pattern but `APP/PUBLISHED` is still available in path info.

handleRequest

Writes the connector resource identified by the request URI to the response. If a published resource corresponding to the URI path is not found, writes a HTTP Not Found error to the response.
